BlueSpring Group 2023 Work Summary and Team Building Activities Were Held Successfully

On January 17, our company’s 2023 annual session was held successfully at  Minghu Spring Holiday Resort in Dlian. The management team, the heads of each segment and all the staffs attended the event. 

The General manager of the company, Mr. Zhou, presented a work summary report for 2023, he reviewed the major and meaningful events during the year and highly recognized about what the shipping, offshore engineering, chemical cleaning, intelligent industry sectors had achieved, and made a strategic deployments for the key emphasis in the work in 2024. 

The heads of each session made work summary of 2023, and provided a work plan report on 2024.

The company commended the excellent individuals who have performed outstandingly and saluted to the one who was filled with devotion and went forward with building dream during the last year!

The convening of the conference, has indicated the roads and clarified the direction for proceeding our work development in 2024. All of us will implement the conference spirit , unify into one,  and move forward steadily! 

Banquet

After the conference, the company held the grand return dinner party. Every department performed the well-prepared ,various performances, game session was full of creations and interests, lucky draw was even more surprising  constantly.

Team Building

The next day, the company organized the intense and exciting ski activities. The  ski area under the sunshine was pure white and flawless. Everyone had fun and laughed together deeply and enjoyed the speed and passion brought by the skiing. We helped mutually, glissaded together, had a fall together, cheered up together, the power of the team cohesiveness became more real and more significant for all of us. 

Faith is trust and confidence.

We will insist the dreams and beliefs in our heart together, work hand in hand,  make sustainable developement, and create the wonderful future which belong to us!
